Learnerships/Qualifications Training Programmes
Learnerships / full qualifications are highly beneficial when an organisation wants to empower its employees with a qualification as opposed to a short course. Learnerships / qualifications are run for a minimum of 12 months with a minimum of 40 contact days over the 12 months. These also allow employers to claim for BBBEE points or even claim from their SDL or SARS for the money spent on this training with an accredited training provider such as Future Training Institute of Africa. These regulations are subject to change and we always advise our clients to verify if they qualify for these if they intend to claim.
